Enstruct Rewards – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Referrers must be over 18 and residents of Australia. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted Enstruct. Referred jobs must be located within the state of Victoria.
Valid Referral Criteria: A referral is only considered valid if:
- The referral form is submitted with full contact details.
- The referred person proceeds with a paid roofing job.
- The job is completed and fully paid.
Reward Conditions: Rewards are issued only after the job is completed and payment is received.
One Referrer per Job: Only the first person to refer a customer is eligible for the reward.
Self-Referral Clause: You cannot refer yourself or your own property.
Fraud & Misuse: Enstruct may withhold rewards if abuse or fraud is suspected.
Program Changes: Enstruct may amend or cancel the referral program at any time.
Tax Responsibility: Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations.
Privacy: Personal data is handled in accordance with Enstruct’s Privacy Policy.
